I just bought a condo with Erin and I couldn't imagine there is a better agent to have on your side. I was a first time home buyer and unsure of how the process would work, but Erin maintained exceptional communication and availability throughout the entire process. She was organized, diligent, and determined to help me get my first home. Her skills, effort, and overall pleasant personality helped smooth the entire process for me, and I especially appreciated her calm and reassuring demeanor while we navigated some stressful moments during the purchasing process. Further, she was phenomenal during the closing process - overseeing inspection, repairs/replacements, adherence to the closing timeline, and all else that could have been a headache for me that she handled with grace. I'll be happy to employ Erin again for any future real estate transactions.

Erin was fantastic to work with. We were out of town for the inspection and closing, and she coordinated everything seamlessly—even scheduling and attending multiple additional inspections for us to get second opinions. She’s friendly, organized, incredibly thorough, and always had our best interests in mind. Erin advocated for us every step of the way without ever applying pressure. We would absolutely work with her again and highly recommend her.

My wife and I were thinking about purchasing a condo in Portland that would be convenient for visiting our son and daughter-in-law who are living nearby. Having found a unit (on Zillow) that looked interesting, I was referred to Erin to help us with any questions we might have. It was still uncertain, but with Erin's assistance we were able to make the decision to buy which we are very happy with. The entire transaction took place long distance since we are located in Southern CA and were not able to travel during this time. But we were fortunate to have Erin on our side. She was so pleasant and helpful, and always responsive to any questions that came up. She also visited the property and did a video walkthrough for us which was extremely helpful. Also after the decision had been made, she arranged for the inspection and represented us with a facetime video meeting with the inspector. All in all, Erin was amazing and helped to make this entire process go smoothly. Thanks, Erin.....
