    Meet Erin

Erin understands that buying or selling a home is often tied to an important life transition. Whether clients are relocating, downsizing, upsizing, investing, starting over, or simply looking for a better fit for their next season of life, she believes real estate should feel guided, supported, and personal.

As a Portland Realtor and longtime Pearl District resident, Erin brings a thoughtful and steady approach to the process. She values clear communication, attention to detail, and creating a real estate experience that feels well cared for from beginning to end.

After more than two decades in Portland, Erin has developed a deep appreciation for the character and individuality of the city’s neighborhoods. She especially loves the walkability and sense of connection found in the Pearl District, from morning walks and jogs through the city to coffee dates with her daughter at Tea Bar and dinners in the Pearl or Northwest Portland. From modern city condos to established neighborhood homes, she enjoys helping clients find not only the right property, but the right fit for how they want to live.

Erin also believes every home has a story worth telling. With an eye for presentation and thoughtful marketing, she is intentional about showcasing listings in a way that feels elevated, authentic, and inviting to buyers.

Known for being approachable and easy to talk to, Erin values relationships over transactions and considers it a privilege to help clients move confidently into their next chapter.

Whether buying, selling, or simply exploring what comes next, Erin would be honored to help you find your place in Portland.

I had a great experience working with Erin Keys, Portland Broker-REALTOR. From the beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with. She provided clear and consistent updates throughout the entire process and was always quick to respond to questions. Her guidance helped make everything feel organized, straightforward, and much less stressful. What stood out most was her attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to client satisfaction. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Portland area.

I just bought a condo with Erin and I couldn't imagine there is a better agent to have on your side. I was a first time home buyer and unsure of how the process would work, but Erin maintained exceptional communication and availability throughout the entire process. She was organized, diligent, and determined to help me get my first home. Her skills, effort, and overall pleasant personality helped smooth the entire process for me, and I especially appreciated her calm and reassuring demeanor while we navigated some stressful moments during the purchasing process. Further, she was phenomenal during the closing process - overseeing inspection, repairs/replacements, adherence to the closing timeline, and all else that could have been a headache for me that she handled with grace. I'll be happy to employ Erin again for any future real estate transactions.

Erin was fantastic to work with. We were out of town for the inspection and closing, and she coordinated everything seamlessly—even scheduling and attending multiple additional inspections for us to get second opinions. She’s friendly, organized, incredibly thorough, and always had our best interests in mind. Erin advocated for us every step of the way without ever applying pressure. We would absolutely work with her again and highly recommend her.
