Working with Erin was very easy. She makes working juggling childcare look easy and that is no easy feat. Right after I got back from a work trip we started the house hunt in earnest. This was my second house after the disposition of my first house, So I had some ideas what I was looking for and I am very picky. We saw any number of houses in that few weeks and there was no pressure to get anything that wasn't quite right for me. We kept refining until we got to the right fit. When we did find the right house she was so on top of everything making sure the inspections happened. And then the reinspections when the agreed upon work wasn't completed. Twice! She made sure my needs were constantly being represented throughout the process. I felt very comfortable even in COVID going to see houses with her. She was very respectful of my needs as a client in every dimension. She also has a great team to back her up.
