Working with Erin was very easy. She makes working juggling childcare look easy and that is no easy feat. Right after I got back from a work trip we started the house hunt in earnest. This was my second house after the disposition of my first house, So I had some ideas what I was looking for and I am very picky. We saw any number of houses in that few weeks and there was no pressure to get anything that wasn't quite right for me. We kept refining until we got to the right fit. When we did find the right house she was so on top of everything making sure the inspections happened. And then the reinspections when the agreed upon work wasn't completed. Twice! She made sure my needs were constantly being represented throughout the process.
I felt very comfortable even in COVID going to see houses with her. She was very respectful of my needs as a client in every dimension. She also has a great team to back her up. I never felt like there was a point when I couldn't get a hold of her or someone on her team. Excellent service. I would recommend to any of my friends to work with her. Thank you for your help, Erin! I love my new home.

Erin is a wonderful Real Estate Agent and went above and beyond my expectations at every stage of the search and purchase of my condo! Where to start… 🙂

• She immediately set-up new listing notifications through RMLS with my set criteria

• The first day I was able to look at units, she was able to schedule 5 back-to-back showings!

• She reached out to ALL other parties that she could in the process:

o The selling agent while looking at units, answering any questions I had in real-time.

o Building Management within prospective buildings for information pertaining to HOA, upcoming assessments, resident happiness, etc.

o Her internal company meetings for upcoming listing information.

My wife and I were thinking about purchasing a condo in Portland that would be convenient for visiting our son and daughter-in-law who are living nearby. Having found a unit (on Zillow) that looked interesting, I was referred to Erin to help us with any questions we might have. It was still uncertain, but with Erin's assistance we were able to make the decision to buy which we are very happy with. The entire transaction took place long distance since we are located in Southern CA and were not able to travel during this time. But we were fortunate to have Erin on our side. She was so pleasant and helpful, and always responsive to any questions that came up. She also visited the property and did a video walkthrough for us which was extremely helpful. Also after the decision had been made, she arranged for the inspection and represented us with a facetime video meeting with the inspector. Erin is the best! Not only is she very friendly and easy to chat with, but she knows her stuff too and is always very responsive. Erin was a great help for me finding and securing my dream house. I can highly recommend her service. I am a first time home buyer and she was very helpful and engaged throughout the whole process from providing good recommendations for open houses all the way to really handing over the keys. She got me a pre- approval within a day at a very competitive lender, provided me with comprehensive and accurate market data, helped me negotiating my price to what I wanted to pay, was contact to the sellers, lender, escrow, inspection and all companies doing the post inspect repairs. She always was very helpful guiding me through paperwork, my and others to dos and she was on top every single milestone of this one months closing schedule.
